Vague Error When Login Fails

Sorry to keep pestering you with feature requests and bug fixes, but I've come across something that might make using the component much easier...
Right now if the migration (from the command line) fails, you get an actual exception thrown that can be debugged but no helpful error message is output. One scenario is that if the user does not have login rights to the database, an exception is thrown. It would be helpful if a message is output to the console saying "Cannot login to database X as user Y/Z" and maybe there was a command-line flag to suppress exceptions.

I think the new error handling features take care of this one.

Better error messaging is definitely needed for the command line interface. We need to consider how to best do this. Some may be one off conversions of exceptions->message but for the schema classes something generalised might be useful. I'll think on this...
